Krystalix wins the “Start-Up” trophy at the Innotrophées 2025!

Grenoble, June 30, 2025 — Krystalix, a young innovative company based in Isère, is proud to announce that it has been named “Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Winner and Prize” in the Start-Up category at the 16th edition of the Innotrophées, organized by the Grenoble CCI and its Ecobiz network, in partnership with Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône-Alpes and with the support of Grenoble-Alpes Métropole.

 

Deserved regional recognition

The jury, meeting on June 24 at Air Liquide in Sassenage, selected Krystalix from among numerous innovative projects. The award was presented to Kader ZAIDAT, co-founder and CEO of Krystalix, and demonstrates genuine recognition of the Isère ecosystem.

 

Krystalix: innovation at the heart of competition

Krystalix develops high-performance single crystals used in lasers, detectors, and microelectronics. Its strength? A unique growth method based on a magnetic cold crucible, offering an alternative to traditional methods. This cutting-edge technology allows for the creation of crystals of exceptional quality, while optimizing costs and sustainability.

 

Beyond the trophy: strategic support

In addition to a financial grant, the company will benefit from support from innovation experts and strong regional visibility. The trophy was presented by Pierre Streiff (President of the Grenoble Chamber of Commerce and Industry), Marie Soufflot (Banque Populaire), Elizabeth Debeunne, and Guy Jullien (Grenoble Alpes Métropole), who highlighted Krystalix's commitment to local innovation.
